Campaign for Free and Fair Elections (CaFFE) yesterday called on the Lessons Learnt and Reconciliation Commission (LLRC) to ensure a free and secure environment for people to make their submissions to the commission without fear of harassment or threat.CaFFE director, Keerthi Tennakoon said that the certain incidents of intimidation had allegedly taken place in Kayts Island during the LLRC sessions held in the North recently.
