Once a rousing Tamil rebel commemoration, the annual Heroes' Day is unlikely to be marked in Sri Lanka this year - despite the overseas diaspora's events - because many back home are either too scared of the authorities or too apathetic to remember, finds the BBC's Swaminathan Natarajan.
