(Speech made in parliament on July 5, 2010) The Rajapaksa administration has shown an uncanny ability to create world records in the last few years; prior to the general election, Sri Lanka had the dubious honour of having the world’s largest number of ministers and now we have created yet another world record by having the world’s smallest cabinet of two ministers.
