COLOMBO, April 18 (HNS) – The Sri Lankan government is making plans to respond strongly against the UN panel report which called for an independent inquiry into allegations that Sri Lanka committed crimes against humanity during the final phase of the conflict against the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) in 2009.
